Pre Heat Oven at 170c / 338F or Gas Mark 3. Prepare you Baking Trays with Greased Proof Paper.
Measure out your Butter and Sugars and cream together.
Add the Beaten Egg and Vanilla or Orange Extract to the mixture.
Once mixed in well add the delicious Chocolate Chips or Smarties to the mixture (no eating them!)
Then Measure out the Plain Flour and Pinches of Baking Powder and add to the mixture bit at a time until doughy.
Grab some mixture and roll them into the size of a walnut or walnut shell depends how big you would like them and place on the baking trays. You should make about 25 to 30 Cookies.
Bake for 10-15mins. Turn them around at 10mins and then leave to bake an extra 5mins. They should look Golden when you take them out. Leave them on the Baking Trays for about 5mins and then place them on a cooling rack until cooled down. Enjoy!!
