    About this recipe: I have discovered that I can make Zizi's Strozzapreti Pesto Rosso aka spicy creamy chicken pasta from home for a fraction of the price and tastes exactly the same as my favourite meal on the Zizi's menu!


    • Olive Oil
    • Chilli paste/finally chopped chilli (to taste)
    • 1 cooked chicken breast
    • 3 spring onions
    • 4oz veggie stock
    • 2-3oz creme fraise
    • 2oz red pesto
    • 200g pasta of choice (i prefer any type of fusilli)


    1. Tear cooked chicken breast using two forks into smaller pieces and add to sauté pan with a little olive oil.
    2. Add chilli to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Bring pan of water to the boil and add pasta.
    4. Snip in the spring onions to the chicken and chilli. Then add the crème fraise, vegetable stock and finally the red pesto and mix.
    5. Leave the sauce to reduce and thicken while the pasta finishes cooking.
    6. Drain pasta and add to the sauce and gently combine.
    7. Serve immediately with a large glass of vino and enjoy! :)
