Kadie's Spanish Lamb, beans & pots

    • 1 Lean lamb steak, chopped
    • Tin of broad beans, drained
    • 1 chorizo, chopped
    • 1 chili chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, chopped
    • new potatoes, pre-cooked
    • Boil & bag rice
    • Merchant Gourmet's ready cooked lentils


    1. Boil rice according to directions.
    2. Fry onions, garlic, chorizo & chili until softened
    3. Add lamb, beans & potatoes
    4. Fry the mixture until brown
    5. Heat the lentils 1 minute in the microwave
    6. Mix the rice and lentils together, serve with the lamb on top.
