Ingredients
1 Lean lamb steak, chopped
Tin of broad beans, drained
1 chorizo, chopped
1 chili chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
new potatoes, pre-cooked
Boil & bag rice
Merchant Gourmet's ready cooked lentils
Method
Boil rice according to directions.
Fry onions, garlic, chorizo & chili until softened
Add lamb, beans & potatoes
Fry the mixture until brown
Heat the lentils 1 minute in the microwave
Mix the rice and lentils together, serve with the lamb on top.
