200g good quality chicken liver, cooked and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 stick celery, finely chopped
85g wholemeal flour
water, as needed

Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add a splash of water if needed to help bind the mixture into a firm dough. Flour a flat work surface and roll the dough out to a 1cm thickness then cut into biscuits using a biscuit cutter. Arrange on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before giving to your doggy friend.
