Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a 900g loaf tin.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, both sugars, salt and chocolate chips. Stir well, then make a well in the centre and add the remaining ingredients. Stir till just combined; do not overmix. Tip into the prepared loaf tin.
Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
