Corn & Piri Piri Potato Salad

    Tasty and cheeky potato salad with a twist that's oh so easy to make. Makes a change from your bog standard potato salad and goes well with a BBQ.

    Ingredients

    • approx 12 new potatoes, boiled until tender, then halved
    • 1-2 spring onions, finely sliced
    • 1 & 1/2 tabs tinned sweetcorn kernels
    • seasoning to taste
    • piri piri sauce to taste (i.e Nandos) - I used Nandos Hot, approx 3 teaspoons
    • 2 tabs natural greek yoghurt

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients, mix well then chill for at least one hour.
