Homemade Pizza Recipe to Serve for Your Football Viewing Party

Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup milk
- Olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 and ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Zucchini
- Ripe chilli
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons pasta sauce
Method
- Get a bowl and mix flour, salt and yeast
- Add milk and water
- Dissolve sugar in it
- Add this mix with olive oil to the flour
- Mix it well
- Make a smooth though by kneading it for 5 minutes
- Keep it in a warm place and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, would have doubled and risen
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
- Knead again the dough to make it smooth
- After that, transfer it to a well-greased and sprinkled pizza pan
- Spread the pasta sauce in the rim
- Add grated cheese
- Add the toppings beautifully and evenly
- Add another layer of cheese
- Bake for 14 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven until the cheese melts and the pizza crust turns golden in color
- Remove from the oven and serve hot!
