Really tasty & easy to make. I am eating it as I type mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Had a late glut of Aubergines in the greenhouse & fed up with parmigiano so curry it is. Didn't have any chillies so added some flakes, a bit to hot but that's my fault. Would make again and will freeze what I have left in portion sizes so a quick easy winter meal...Thanks for a lovely recipe... - 20 Nov 2017
