Ingredients
Makes: 250 g chocolate buttercream
- 200g icing sugar
- 7 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 50g milk or dark chocolate
- 4 teaspoons semi-skimmed milk

- Sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl then add the melted chocolate and milk to the mixture and stir until creamy. Enjoy on cupcakes, cakes or buns!
Tip
This buttercream can be used for decoration on delicious homemade birthday cakes or as a delicious filling.
