A mixture of fish can be used and I often use sardines and tuna together. Instead of plain flour, you can use a mix of rice flour and cornmeal if your dog has allergies.
These treats can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days or freeze as they defrost quickly at room temperature.

Tuna has high levels of mercury i would substitute it for sardines , salmon if tinned or similar healthier fish , or cleaned fish skin is excellent . no raw salmon though as its dangerous for fido - 26 Sep 2017
