    About this recipe: This is a modified version of a recipe my friend shared with me from the gym. Please take my word that these pancakes taste absolutely incredible. It honestly has the texture of a real pancake. You can most likely use any other protein powder but I advise the blueberry muffin flavoured protein powder.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 4 pancakes

    • 1 banana
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 scoop Multipower® Formula 80 protein powder, Blueberry Muffin flavour
    • low calorie cooking spray

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Mash banana on a plate using a fork until it goes gooey.
    2. Crack two eggs into a bowl.
    3. Add in 1 scoop of protein powder.
    4. Whisk it all together using a fork.
    5. Spray a pan with cooking spray and place on a medium-high heat. Scoop in the pancake batter and cook till browned on one side, then flip and repeat.
    6. Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as berries and honey.

    Tip

    I've calculated that these four pancakes contain 358 calories and 37g protein.
