Skint Dad's banana bread

    1 hour

Very easy recipe for banana bread. No need to sieve anything. Just the washing up is a chore.

Very quick and easy to make, tasted lovely too.  -  05 Jan 2015

Loved this uncomplicated and easy recipe. The kids are always leaving bananas to go rotten and this was the best solution. I had an extra banana and omitted the vanilla as I didn't have any. Still tasted delicious. I'm going to try to top it pre-bake with sliced bananas next time  -  05 Dec 2014
