Homemade fishcakes are always a special treat. They are the ultimate all-in-one dish, as they contain fish, potato and vegetables. These can be made ahead and chilled, ready to bake when you need them.
Use flaked cooked cod, haddock or salmon instead of the crab and prawns.
Lovely recipe perhaps a bit bland for our taste but gong to add tartar sauce instead of cream cheese next time. Very generous recipe mine made 6 large cakes. Great to bake in oven rather than fry. Was going to freeze a couple but we couldn't resist and ate them all!! - 11 Jan 2016
