Mix all the ingredients except for the flour together in a large bowl. Cover and chill for at least an hour.
Shape mixture into patties of about 150g each, ideally using a burger press. Dust with a little flour.
Grill on a barbecue preheated to medium high until done on the outside and pink in the middle, or a total of 6 minutes for medium-rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done. Can also be cooked in a ridged griddle or frying pan using the same timings. Serve on buns with topping of your choice.
