About this recipe:I crave pizza a lot, and I tend to never have the ingredients or patience to actually make normal pizza. So, I figured why not use tortillas instead? The amount of cheese you want to add doesn't matter; I prefer adding lots of cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Place the tortillas onto a baking tray and spread a layer of tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 9 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is crispy. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
I used a mixture of grated Cheddar cheese and asadero cheese with taco seasoning. The seasoning was already in the cheese, it just added a bit of taste. You can use any cheese, preferably grated. If you cannot find the Mexican asadero cheese in you local shop, try searching online.
This is a weekly staple at our house...We LOVE it! I do use whole wheat flour tortillas and add different topping to them for the guys, but I like mine just like the recipe states, sauce and cheese. YUM!!!! - 03 Feb 2015
