This creamy steak sauce is fast, easy and pairs beautifully with many steaks such as rump, fillet and sirloin. Make this sauce while cooking the steak and use the juices to maximise the flavours.
Made this to go with steak for husband's birthday but instead of whisky I used Jack Daniels and used double cream as that was what I had handy. I think next time I make it I will reduce the tomato ketchup just a touch, but it was very enjoyable. - 16 Feb 2018
