This easy microwave cocoa cake is ever so simple to throw together and ready in about 6 to 7 minutes.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 18cm cocoa cake
- 150g plain flour
- 75g caster sugar
- 175g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 25g cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons water

- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together until well combined. Transfer to a greased microwave-safe 18cm dish.
- Microwave at 900w for 6 to 7 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Remove from the microwave and enjoy warm or cold.
