Steam the broccoli in a steamer over a medium-high heat until it is slightly tender but not mushy, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and add the olive oil, rock salt and lemon juice to taste. Add the sunflower seeds if you wish. Toss and serve. Enjoy a vegetarian, all natural, nutritious breakfast, that did not come from a box.
It is important you steam it and not boil it in water. This way, the broccoli retains much more of its nutrients.
