Peanut butter and banana cupcakes

    45 min

These were my first successful cupcakes. They're quick to make, tasty and quite impressive despite the fact that they're easy to produce.

Excellent flavour and texture (I used crunchy peanut butter) but I noticed in list of ingredients that there was no raising agent, so I added a teaspoon of baking powder and they rose beautifully.  -  08 Apr 2017
