You can use the same recipe unchanged for larger 25cm cake.

Been cooking vanilla sponge for years like most but mainly from a vague memory when my mother taught me as a kid. Wanted to use a proper recipe to see if it would be any better. Wasn't too bad, but it states you can use the same recipe for 25cm cakes. I used it in 20cm tins and the mixture was nowhere near enough! - 30 Nov 2017
