To make a larger quantity just double up the ingredients and use a bigger tin.
After patting it down firmly, rake a fork over it and run the tin under the tap, drain, generously sprinkle with sugar then put in the oven, perfection!! - 24 Nov 2015
Simple and easy recipe. My only issue was that it says to bring it out the oven when It's firm to the touch, and it seemed soft to me so I ended up leaving it in for 3 more 5 minute periods and ended up burning the edges and the bottom. I didn't realise that it firmed up as it cooled. So just a heads up that the timing is correct on the recipe. - 17 Apr 2018
