Exotic fruit kebabs

    This is a delicious snack recipe. It's very healthy and you can use almost any fruit you like. Serve with your favourite yoghurt for dipping, if liked. Enjoy and I hope you like this recipe!

    Makes: 6 skewers

    • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
    • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut into 2.5cm pieces
    • 6 strawberries, halved
    • 100g raspberries
    • 100g blueberries

    1. Using six bamboo skewers, thread the fruit pieces onto each skewer, alternating between types of fruit.
