Add the dough ingredients into your bread maker either in the order listed or the order suggested in your bread maker's instruction book. Select the dough cycle.
Remove the dough from the bread maker and place in a lightly oiled bowl (if the dough is sticky roll in flour first), cover with a tea towel and leave somewhere warm for half an hour.
Divide the dough mixture in half. Lightly flour a worktop or a board and roll out until at the required size for your pizza pan. Transfer to a well greased baking tray or pizza pan.
Preheat the oven to 225 C / Gas 7/8.
For the tomato sauce:
Next make the sauce by combining the passata, garlic, basil and oregano and mix well. No need to cook, just smear onto the prepared pizza base with a spoon. Add toppings of your choice, ensuring that you cook any raw meat in a frying pan first.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the dough is risen and golden brown and the pizza top is bubbling. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
