Warm a little oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook and stir until soft, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook and stir until browned on all sides. Add the soup, curry powder and chilli powder and simmer gently for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
