Mint garlic parsley scallops

    Mint garlic parsley scallops

    1 person made this

About this recipe: So I bought these fancy scallops in a presentation shell for New Years party and decided to have a go myself. I bought frozen scallops out of Asda and defrosted them. I was told these were nicer than the bought ones and I even kept the shells for presentation.
