About this recipe: Simply lovely! This apple, banana and orange juice smoothie is packed with healthy nutrients and is a great way to get your day started.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored and chopped
  • 120ml orange juice
  • 60ml milk

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving glass and enjoy.

Didn't bother to peel the apple, and I added a little crushed ice, since I like my smoothies a bit thick. Can't say that this was my favorite smoothie, but I did like it. - 07 Feb 2015
