Hot papaya and chipotle pork

    • 250ml Goya® taquera sauce
    • 8 pork loin steaks
    • 2 tablespoons Encona® papaya hot sauce
    • 120ml papaya juice

    1. Combine the ingredients in a dish and marinate for at least two hours.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    3. Transfer the pork loin steaks to a baking dish and arrange in a single layer.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are slightly caramelised and the pork is no longer pink in the centre, turning once, for about 30 to 40 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork steaks. Remove from the oven and serve.
