Coleslaw salad

- 1/4 white cabbage, cut into strips
- 1 carrot - trimmed, peeled and grated
- 1 medium apple - cored, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayo

- Place the cabbage, grated carrot and apple in a mixing bowl and mix in the mayonnaise until the veggies are well coated. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve or place in the fridge to chill before serving if desired.
