Makes: 20 chocolate shapes

  • 200g chocolate, broken into pieces

Prep:30min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Ready in:38min

  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Remove from the heat.
  3. Get a piping bag with a small nozzle, and spoon all the chocolate into the bag and squeeze out the required shape onto the greaseproof paper. You may want to allow the chocolate to cool and thicken slightly before piping so that you have more control and precision. Store the shapes in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
