Strawberry and blueberry blast

    This is an easy delicious recipe to make for all age ranges. It is particularly healthy but adding a little sweetener will help with the taste. In other-words, this smoothie will knock your socks off on a nice hot summers day!

    Serves: 2 

    • 5 frozen strawberries
    • 1 handful frozen blueberries
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons orange or pineapple juice
    • 50ml milk

    1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor, frozen fruits first, then add in the liquids. Blend everything together for about 1 to 2 minutes until smoothie is not too thick and not too liquid. Enjoy your drink and have a good day!


    This is a recipient for 1 to 2 people, if you do wish to increase the amount of people then multiply everything by 2 except the blueberries and keep them fixed.
