Delicious simple smoothie

    This great smoothie is easy to make and uses simple everyday fruit! All quantities are equal e.g. 100g of apple and 100g of grapes.

    • 100g apple
    • 100g red grapes
    • 100g kiwi
    • 100g strawberries
    • 100g natural yogurt (or any flavour)

    1. Chop all ingredients roughly into about 2cm cubes. Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor or electric blender and process until smooth, or to desired consistency. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.


    Enjoy and try adding any fruit you have around the house!
