This is a recipe based very loosely on pasta carbonara, made with what I had on hand. I was surprised at how quickly it came together and how tasty it was! I'm really only posting it so I will remember to make it again. :-)
I did not get pictures to post this time around but when I make it again, I'll remember to take a few. This could easily be adapted to include vegetables or even be served as a side dish. I served it as a main meal, so this was enough for two.
The hubby was unsure of Gnocchi at first but after the first bite, he immediately asked for me to make it again. I'd say that was a result! - 06 Mar 2015
