    A healthy and simple smoothie! Drinkable for even the fussiest of eaters!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 5 strawberries
    • 1 pot of natural or strawberry yoghurt, about 125g
    • 180ml milk, or as needed

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth, adding more milk to adjust consistency if liked. Enjoy!

    You can change the flavour of this smoothie to almost any fruit or berry that your fussy eater will enjoy! Try blueberries, peaches, cherries, mango and more.
