    About this recipe: For a twist on the usual scrambled, just scramble some eggs and broccoli in the same pan. Great way to add some greens to your everyday allowance!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • oil or butter, as needed for cooking
    • 1 to 2 eggs, lightly whisked
    • 1/4 head broccoli, cut into small florets

    Method

    1. Warm a little oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the broccoli and cook and stir for a few minutes. Pour in the eggs and cook and stir until the egg is cooked as desired, to cook dry about 30 to 40 seconds. Remove from the pan and serve immediately. Yummy, healthy and nutritious.
