About this recipe: Restaurant style cream with only three ingredients; so so scrummy! Chantilly cream is very versatile and can be used in a wide range of desserts from hot puddings, fruit pies and crumbles to meringues and cheesecakes.

  • 300ml double cream
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl then whisk until soft peaks form. Add in the icing sugar and vanilla extract and mix in gently until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
