About this recipe: An easy dish which requires few ingredients and little preparation. This is for 2 portions as a side dish.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pak choi, each leaf cut into 2 or 3 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or a saucepan over a medium heat and add the garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the pak choi, soya sauce and sesame seeds and mix together. Cook and stir over a medium heat for 5 minutes until the pak choi is tender. Remove from the heat and serve.
