Something else. I don't have a grill so when I make this recipe, I just put the chicken in a shallow baking dish and throw it in the oven. Also, after beating the chicken, I marinate the breasts for a few hours in the balsamic vinegar and lemon juice for extra flavour. - 01 Mar 2010
