BBQ spaghetti

    I made this recipe years ago for the first time and believe me everyone that tries it wants the recipe. Hope you all enjoy!

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon chopped sage
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 500g minced beef
    • 100g HP® sauce
    • 200g tomato ketchup
    • 50ml Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce
    • 1 beef stock cube
    • 100ml water

    1. Warm the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook and stir until soft. Add the sage, salt, pepper and beef and cook until the meat browns, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
    2. Add the HP® sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco® and the beef cube dissolved in the water and leave to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture dries out too much. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and a thick sauce has formed. Once it's ready serve with spaghetti.
