Preheat the oven to 100 C / Gas 1/4.
Spread the bread out over a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until all moisture has gone from bread. Remove from the oven and transfer to a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until everything is combined to form a fine breadcrumb consistency, depending on how fine you like your breadcrumbs. When mixed you can either store in airtight container for later or use immediately.
