Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add the broccoli and cook until just tender. Drain.
Warm the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Stir fry garlic and ginger for about a minute then add broccoli and cook for a further minute or so. Pour in the cream and stir to mix with the other ingredients. Cook until hot through then serve immediately.
