About this recipe: Created with Woodruff syrup, the spring awakening bursts with freshness and flavour. Originating from Berlin, Woodruff syrup is an electric green sweet syrup that was once used for flavouring wines and even sausages!

Serves: 1 

  • 35ml Skyy® vodka
  • 25ml apple juice
  • 25ml Woodruff syrup
  • 15ml lime juice
  • raspberries, to garnish

Prep:8min  ›  Ready in:8min 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes then add all of the ingredients. Firmly place the top of the shaker on and shake well for a minute or two. Strain into a chilled martini glass then garnish with raspberries and serve immediately.
