About this recipe: A simple but delicious lemony addition to any salad or BBQ. An easy make ahead dish that can be kept chilling in the fridge until needed.

Serves: 4 

  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 radishes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Finely chop or roughly grate all of the vegetables and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper (adjust to taste if desired), and stir well to fully combine together all the ingredients. Chill covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
