  • 250g mayonnaise
  • 80g tomato ketchup
  • Tabasco® sauce, to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • brandy, to taste

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup together in a small bowl. Add a few drops each and/or more to taste of the Tabasco®, Worcestershire sauce and brandy and mix well. Use right away or cover with cling film and keep chilled in the fridge for up to 3 days.
