240g wholemeal flour

Grease a shallow, microwave-safe plate or baking dish. Set aside.
Whisk together the egg and stock in a large bowl. Gradually stir in the flour and oats. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 in thickness. Cut out using a round biscuit cutter. Use a smaller round cutter to cut out the centre hole. Place on prepared plate, arranging them on the dish without crowding them.
Cover with kitchen paper, and cook in the microwave on high until firm, about 10 minutes, checking often so as to not overcook. Repeat steps to use up the remaining dough. Cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
