Mix together the oats, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, and carefully add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir in the pumpkin seeds, then spread the mixture out over a large shallow baking tray.
Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, stirring every ten minutes to break up chunks. When the granola looks golden-brown all over, remove from the oven and pour into a large plastic storage box to cool. Once cooled, stir in the raisins or sultanas. Enjoy!
