Warm the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, and cook and stir the onions for 3 minutes until soft. Add the chopped garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the sliced sausages and cook for a further 4 minutes until browned.
Add the tinned tomatoes, stock, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco®, sweetcorn, oregano and caster sugar. Bring to the boil then lower the temperature to medium to simmer for 15 minutes.
Bring a saucepan of water the boil over a high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet or until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir it round to coat the pasta in the sauce, then serve.
