  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (400g) tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 200ml double cream
  • 200g fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 200g cantaloupe melon, in cubes or balls
  • 2 bananas, sliced thickly

  1. Combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and cream in a fondue pot over low flame, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until melted. Serve immediately with fresh fruits.
