- 250g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 scoops ice cream

- Place the raspberries, sugar, water and juice in your blender and puree. If necessary, add a little more water.
- Spoon over ice cream and serve.
