Oreo® ice cream sandwich

1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer to soften until just spreadable.
2. Gently remove the top and bottom of each Oreo cookie, and remove the filling with a spoon or knife.
3. Spread 4 cookie bottoms with about 1 teaspoon ice cream each and place a cookie on top. Gently press it down so the filling is evenly distributed and it comes out on the sides (but not so much to drip downout).
4. Place chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, grated chocolate or whatever you fancy on plates. Gently roll the cookies in the sprinkles sideways.
5. Place the finished cookies in the freezer immediately and proceed the same way with the rest of the Oreos® Freeze till the ice cream has hardened.
