This is not your traditional focaccia, but a sweet version with grapes, honey and sugar. If you use pizza base mix, this is super quick and easy. But of course you can also make your own yeast dough if you like.

500g ready to bake pizza dough or pizza base mix
80g caster sugar
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
500g seedless black grapes

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a 20X30cm baking tray with greaseproof paper
Add one third of the sugar, honey and oil to the pizza dough and knead well.
Divide the dough in 2 pieces. Place one piece of the dough on the baking tray. Oil your hands and stretch the dough out to cover the entire tray. Top with 3/4 of the grapes, pushing them gently into the dough. Sprinkle with half of the remaining sugar.
Cover with the second half of the dough, top with remaining grapes and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
